There seems to be some technical issue with the application. |
1)Go to Tools-Internet Options-General
|
2)In General Tab click on setting button in the browsing history category
|
3)In the window that appears, please click on view files
|
4)Delete all files in the history
|
5)Click ok
|
6)Open the I-helpdesk site in new session
|
If facing error while doing attachment in SR, kindly zip the file and do the attachment. |
File name should not contain dot except file extension. Correct Format ABC.zip and incorrect format AB.C.zip |
