- Please enter the Employee number(NT ID) in the User Id field.
- Please enter the Network password
- User not logged in for 60 days shall be deactivated
If Error states "Current User is marked as Inactive" :
For Activation kindly raise LAM (Application Name : I-Helpdesk, Activity : Create ID, Access Role : General Access)
If Error states "User is Inactive" :
Please Clear temporary browser cache, take a new session and login again.
